FramaDate is a software to schedule meetings and appointments or to create an opinion poll. It is proposed by a French not-for-profit association: Framasoft.
Framasoft is funded at 93% by donations, which are tax deductible for French taxpayers. They depend on community feedback to steadily improve this project.

CryptPad is a collaborative office suite that is end-to-end encrypted and open-source, made at XWiki, a company based in Paris, France that has been making open-source software for over 15 years.
They are Funded by and for users. Unlike other platforms, CryptPad does not offer "free" services to sell user-data and cash-out for its investors. They believe that public money should fund public code, so the service is fully open source. This means anyone can use, host, and modify the software.

ep-3 Bookingsystem is an open source (MIT licensed) web application to enable users to check and book free places of an arbitrary facility easily online via one huge calendar. It was initially developed to enable booking free squares of a covered court for a tennis club, improved along some versions, tried to offer commercially as a SaaS - and finally released as open source software.

Uptime Kuma is an easy-to-use self-hosted monitoring tool. Uptime Kuma provides a very simple web interface to monitor uptime for HTTP(s) / TCP / HTTP(s) Keyword / HTTP(s) Json Query / Ping / DNS Record / Push / Steam Game Server and Docker Containers. It is published under the MIT License.
